Low Culture plays catchy garage punk that while not far removed from some of the member’s previous projects, Shang-A-Lang/Marked Men, has a lot less emphasis on riffs and blown out recordings, and more emphasis on melody and crisp (while not necessarily “over-produced”) recordings. “Screens” is their debut LP, which comes out on 1/9/2013…and it was produced by Mark Ryan (Mind Spiders/Marked Men).
