WANTING DEBUTS AT #1 IN BEIJING, HONG KONG, TAIWAN, MACAU, SINGAPORE AND MALAYSIA

This week, Vancouver-based, Chinese-born singer/songwriter Wanting has released her sophomore album, Say The Words.   Within 24 hours of its Universal Music China release in Asia (via a licensing deal with Nettwerk), the album, which Wanting co-produced with Grammy-award winning producer Ron Aniello, debuted at #1 on iTunes Beijing, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia.   Additionally, “Love Ocean,” the lead single in Asia, shot to #1 on QQ, a Beijing based music streaming service boasting more than 780 million members.
